1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SocialForge AI ("SocialForge AI", "we", "us", or "our"). We are a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore with our registered address at 1 Raffles Place, #20-01, Singapore 048583.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered social media automation platform, including content generation, scheduling, and analytics features, available at https://socialforge.ai (the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Our Service

SocialForge AI provides an AI-powered platform that helps users generate social media content, schedule posts, and manage social media accounts across multiple platforms.

2.2 Service Nature

This Service is a digital SaaS product. Upon payment confirmation, service access is activated immediately. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as described in Section 7.

2.3 AI Model Disclosure

This Service utilizes third-party AI model providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini, for content generation. The performance and availability of our Service may be affected by these providers' operational status. Significant disruptions will be promptly communicated to users.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

Use of this Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Security

  • Report unauthorized use immediately to security@socialforge.ai
  • Do not share login credentials with any third party
  • Ensure your billing email address remains valid

3.3 Enterprise Accounts

If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you declare that you are authorized to enter into this agreement for that entity.

4. Subscription Plans (V1)

We offer subscription plans to access this Service. Current plan details and pricing are available at https://socialforge.ai/pricing.

We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time. Price changes are governed by Section 5.1.

5. Billing and Payment (V1)

5.1 Auto-Renewal Authorization

By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you explicitly authorize SocialForge AI to charge your payment method periodically for the corresponding subscription fees. This periodic authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription per Section 6.

Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. For annual subscriptions, we will send a reminder before renewal.

5.2 Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by applicable law, we will collect and remit such taxes.

6. Cancellation Policy (V1)

6.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Online (Recommended): Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Email: Send a cancellation request from your registered email to cancel@socialforge.ai

Cancellation takes effect immediately. We will send a confirmation email within 10 minutes.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made in subsequent billing periods
  • Account data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted per our Privacy Policy

7. Refund Policy (V1)

7.1 General Policy

Due to the immediate delivery and intangible nature of our digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as follows:

7.2 Refundable Cases

  • 7-Day Guarantee for New Subscribers: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of first charge, provided usage has not exceeded 50% of the plan quota
  • Duplicate Charges: Full refund for duplicate charges caused by billing errors
  • Verified Service Interruption (exceeding 72 hours): Pro-rata refund or credit for prolonged interruptions caused by us
  • Statutory Rights: Where applicable law grants revocation or refund rights (e.g., EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period), such rights are preserved

7.3 How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to refunds@socialforge.ai with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We will confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

7.4 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Fees for used subscription periods (except in cases under 7.2)
  • Annual subscription refund requests made more than 30 days after initial purchase
  • Accounts closed due to violation of these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us at billing@socialforge.ai before initiating a dispute with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. AI Content and Intellectual Property

9.1 Output Content Ownership

Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content produced from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose within the scope permitted in Section 10.

9.2 Input Content License

By submitting content to this Service ("Input Content"), you grant SocialForge AI a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for AI model training without your explicit consent.

9.3 Third-Party AI Model Reliance

This Service uses third-party AI model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Output Content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not liable for content generated by third-party models.

9.4 AI Output Accuracy

10. Acceptable Use Policy

10.1 Permitted Uses

You may only use this Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, and research and development activities.

10.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this Service to:

  • Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content
  • Generate, disseminate, or assist in creating deepfake content, including AI-synthesized audio, video, or images impersonating real individuals or intended to mislead viewers about their source or authenticity
  • Generate content involving the sexualization of minors or violating child protection laws
  • Create malware, phishing content, or cyberattack tools
  • Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or privacy
  • Bypass or interfere with this Service's security features
  • Resell or sublet access rights without prior written approval
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or card network rules

10.3 AI-Specific Prohibitions

In addition to the above, given the AI nature of this Service, you explicitly agree not to:

  • Use this Service's inputs, outputs, model responses, or any derivative data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model that directly or indirectly competes with this Service or SocialForge AI products
  • Large-scale systematic scraping, extraction, or collection of model outputs for any purpose beyond your personal authorized use
  • In potentially harmful contexts, present AI-generated content as the work of human professionals (such as practicing doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors)

11. Data, Privacy and Security

Your use of this Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://socialforge.ai/privacy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

12.1 Disclaimer

This Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.

12.2 AI Content Disclaimer

12.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SocialForge AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim event.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms remain effective during your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, are suspected of fraudulent activity, or when required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons not attributable to your breach, we will pro-rata refund any prepaid unused portion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@socialforge.ai.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact legal@socialforge.ai to attempt informal resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Singapore per the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.

15. General Provisions

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
